How do I use the kamwe web platform dashboard?
To get started with our kamwe web application Tracking service all you need to do is:
1. Retrieve your username and password from the welcome pack email/SMS.
2. Visit www.cloud.kamwe.tech
3. Type in your username and password and you will be taken directly to the kamwe web platform
NB: In case you forget user name and password, contact cs@kamwe.tech
A battery disconnect SMS is sent to you. This SMS may also be generated if the unit is removed from the battery
Location is updated every 7seconds, every time the ignition status changes.
Yes, Kamwe is both offline and online. Kamwe SMS can be used in this case. Kamwe stores up to 7000 events and positions of data, and this data is streamed and recovered again once GSM Communication is re-established. No data is lost.
Yes, The battery will last for 5days. Kamwe has a backup battery that lasts for 24hours.
Any vehicle can be remotely immobilised quickly and conveniently from your device. Kamwe gives you the power to immobilise your vehicle. Right of immobilisation is given upto 5 administrators.
Yes, Kamwe makes use of 17 GPS satellites and with its integrated satellite sim cards with unlimited coverage, allows clients to track their vehicles in any part of the world.
The unit carries a 3 year warranty and repairs thereafter will be for your account.
No problem. You can transfer your Kamwe device from one vehicle to the next, by contacting Kamwe either via email cs@kamwe.tech or filling the customer Change of Vehicle Form and we will then arrange for the transfer.
